Two and a half years later, his wife passed away from cancer and all of a sudden his world was turned upside down with no wife and a three year old daughter.
Larry goes on to explain that he had entered real estate a couple of times before but just couldn’t seem to make it work. He simply could not find the time to check properties, write deals, etc. But, things were different now, his back was literally against the wall, and he had to find a way make it happen.

The first thing Larry said that he did was to immerse himself into education. He went to every course, seminar, and meeting that he could find, and bought every course that he could get his hands on. If you are serious about your real estate business, you already know that education is the key to your success.
Success and Technology
Next, Larry studied success and technology in other industries and how these companies used technology to become more efficient. It was a brilliant move on his part because he basically learned how to do more in less time.
Developed a System
The third thing he did was to put the two concepts above together and come up with a step by step system that allowed him to train other people. Today, Larry Goins Real Estate sells 10-15 homes per month without ever looking at them in person.
